What happens next
A clear, verified process

Send your request
Use the form with the email address linked to your ACM Destiny Pro account.

Confirm ownership
We will contact you before deletion begins to verify that the account belongs to you.

Data is deleted
Once ownership is confirmed, the stored app data will be permanently deleted within 48 hours.
Deletion is permanent
Once confirmed and completed, all stored app data associated with the account will be permanently deleted.
You can also request deletion from within the ACM Destiny Pro app under Settings.
