Every tier above is the monthly subscription. Hardware sits separately and you choose how to pay for it: once-off purchase (cleaner for tax depreciation) or rolled into the monthly fee on a 24- or 36-month rental (cleaner for cash flow).

How is billing handled?
Per vehicle, per month, ex VAT. We invoice via debit order or DebiCheck — no setup fees on standard plans. Monthly billing aligns to your account number across ERP and accounting.
What about hardware — purchase or rental?
Both options are available on every tier. Hardware purchase is once-off (cleaner for tax depreciation); rental rolls into the monthly fee (cleaner for cash flow). We'll quote both side-by-side so you can choose.
Can I mix tracking, cameras, and bureau across my fleet?
Yes. Most fleets do. Different vehicles can sit on different tiers — your accounts manager keeps a single Destiny view and a single per-vehicle invoice across all of it.
What's included in fitment?
All installs are done by insurance-approved fitment partners (Santam, OUTsurance and other major insurers). We schedule around your operation and provide installation evidence (photos, IMEI, install location) for your insurer.
What's the contract length?
Standard contract is 36 months on subsidised hardware, 24 months on rental. Month-to-month available on hardware-purchase deals. We don't lock you into anything you can't walk away from cleanly.
Is there an installation fee?
Standard fitment is included on rental and 36-month plans. Once-off purchase plans include a separately quoted fitment fee, which varies by vehicle type and camera channel count.
