ACM Package Schedule
ACM Technology CC t/a ACM Track · Reg. No. 2004/096921/23 · VAT No. 4480234436 · PSIRA No. 4857962
Version 1.0 · Effective [ DATE ] · supersedes: none — first issue
The version current at your signature governs your Service Contract. The features listed here for the package named on your signed Application Form, in the version of this schedule current on the date you signed it, are the features of your Service — for the life of that Service Contract. Later versions of this schedule do not change a Service Contract already signed. Where this published copy and the version current at your signature differ, the version current at your signature governs. We keep every version; ask and we will send you the one that governs yours.
This schedule is read with the ACM Track Standard Terms and Conditions (tracking business cl 3.11 · tracking individual cl 3.9 · camera business cl 3.13 · camera individual cl 3.10). It is not a price list — prices are in Annexure A to your agreement.
Key: ✓ = included · ✗ = not included · [—] = value to be completed by ACM.

How this schedule works
1. The version current at your signature governs.
Your package is the one named on your signed Application Form, and what that name means is fixed by the version of this schedule current on the date the Application Form was signed. That version governs your Service Contract for its whole life. We keep every version; ask and we will send you the one that governs yours.
2. Seeing a feature is not having it.
A feature that is not listed for your package is not part of your Service, even if it is visible on the Platform or we switch it on for you for a while. Switching it on is a courtesy: we may withdraw it on written notice, it sets no precedent, and it does not change your agreement. If you want a feature that is not in your package, change package — that is an upgrade or a downgrade, and it happens only by signed amendment.
3. Equivalent-or-better is not a removal.
We may add features to, or improve features of, any package at no charge — and an addition to one package does not become part of another. We may substitute a feature with one of materially equivalent or better function; a substitution like that is not a removal. Where we genuinely remove or materially reduce a feature listed for your package while you are inside a Minimum Term, you may cancel the affected Service Contracts without a cancellation penalty, on written notice given within 30 days of the change taking effect.
