Spoilage & write-offs
An undetected breach turns a full load into a write-off. By the time the depot notices, the truck is already at the customer — and the freight is past the point of no return.
Multi-zone Bluetooth temperature sensors integrated with Fleet Destiny — for pharmaceutical, food, and fresh-produce fleets that can't afford a thaw.
One temperature excursion can cost hundreds of thousands — in spoiled stock, regulatory fines, or a lost contract.
An undetected breach turns a full load into a write-off. By the time the depot notices, the truck is already at the customer — and the freight is past the point of no return.
FSSC 22000, HACCP, and pharmaceutical cold-chain rules all require documented temperature logs. Manual records are slow, error-prone, and trivially easy to falsify — auditors know this.
Once a reefer leaves the depot, most fleets are flying blind. Door openings, compressor glitches, and route deviations go unnoticed until something goes wrong — and by then, the cost is already locked in.
Our Solution
Combine GPS fleet tracking with pharmaceutical-grade temperature monitoring in a single platform.
Battery-powered Bluetooth temperature and humidity sensors. One per zone, deployed in minutes, broadcasting straight to the in-truck receiver and on to Fleet Destiny. Survives the cold, ignores the damp, lasts five years on a coin cell.

Specs reflect typical operating ranges. Datasheet and calibration certificate provided per deployment.
Live temperature, humidity, and battery from every zone — charted in real time, alert-ready, and exportable for compliance audits.

Cameras
Most cold-chain incidents happen at the loading dock, behind closed cargo doors, on the side of a truck during a drop, or while reversing into a receiving bay — not on the open road. Four cameras cover the full chain of custody.
Position 1
AI dashcam covers the road and the driver's cabin — fatigue alerts, phone use, forward-collision warnings, and footage 30 seconds either side of every harsh event.
Position 2
Sealed-housing camera inside the reefer with infrared night vision — because once the doors close, the cargo bay is dark. See loading accuracy, stacking discipline, and chain of custody at every drop.
Position 3
External weatherproof camera covering the delivery side of the truck — proof of delivery on every drop, footage of who opened which door, when, and for how long.
Position 4
Mounted on the back of the trailer, looking rearward — covers the reverse-into-dock manoeuvre, the receiving bay approach, and any rear-collision incident the driver couldn't see.
Cross-referenced on the same incident timeline. Camera footage lives on the ACM video platform; temperature readings, GPS position, and door events live on ACM Destiny — but when an incident happens, the timeline lines up so a temperature breach can be matched to the exact moment a door opened or a delivery was made.
ACM Advance is a flat monthly subscription per vehicle. EYE Sensors are a one-off hardware purchase. No setup fees, no per-zone monthly charges, no surprises.

Case Study
RepresentativeA Western Cape produce distributor supplying fresh fruit and vegetables to a major supermarket chain had recently absorbed a R280,000 loss and a compliance warning from a single missed temperature breach. After deployment, the operation maintained a perfect cold-chain compliance record across 18 reefer vehicles — three temperature zones per truck, monitored continuously, exported to retailer audit format on demand.
18 vehicles monitored across 3 temperature zones each
Audit documentation cut from 2 hours to 10 minutes
Driver door discipline improved after open-door alerts introduced
